What personal, identity, credit, financial, and technical information DurujScore collects and protects.

Information we collect
- Identity information: full name, date of birth, gender where legally required, Fayda or national ID, passport number where applicable, phone, email, residential address, and employment information.
- Credit information: credit accounts, loan applications, repayment history, credit limits, outstanding balances, defaults, write-offs, guarantor relationships, and credit inquiries.
- Financial information: income information, savings information, employment status, business information, and banking relationships.
- Technical information: IP address, device information, browser information, approximate location information, login history, and session data.
How we protect information
- Access is role-based, purpose-bound, and audited.
- Sensitive information is protected with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Credit information access is institution-mediated and limited to authorized purposes.
- DurujScore does not sell personal information or credit reports.
