I authorize DurujScore and participating financial institutions to collect, process, verify, analyze, and share my information for credit assessment, loan origination, account management, fraud prevention, risk management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Authorized sources and decision responsibility

• I understand DurujScore may obtain information from authorized financial institutions, credit reference providers, identity verification providers, and other legally authorized sources.
• I understand credit decisions remain the responsibility of the lender.
• I understand I can view consent history and withdraw certain consents where permitted by law and contract.
