How borrowers and guarantors can report inaccurate credit information.

Dispute reasons
- Incorrect loan, incorrect balance, wrong default, duplicate account, wrong guarantor relationship, identity mismatch, or other inaccurate information.
- Evidence may include receipts, clearance letters, statements, identity documents, or institution references.
Dispute statuses
- Submitted, Under Review, Awaiting Institution Response, Correction Approved, Correction Rejected, and Closed.
- Institution-owned records route to the responsible institution or authorized data source for review.
