AI & Scoring Transparency Policy
How DurujScore explains scores, readiness, human review, and model governance.
Plain-language public reference. Last updated June 2026. Institution contracts, regulator instructions, and applicable law may impose additional requirements.
Transparency commitments
- DurujScore discloses what factors influence scores, why scores change, and how readiness is calculated.
- Primary risk scoring uses explainable models and reason codes; LLMs may summarize decisions but never act as the primary scoring model.
- Model governance includes versioning, audit evidence, bias monitoring controls, and human review processes.
What scores do not mean
- A Duruj Score is not automatic approval, automatic rejection, or a guaranteed lending decision.
- The lender remains responsible for final policy, pricing, approval, and adverse action processes.
